Example: eight teams and four courts
Eight teams create 28 matches across seven logical rounds. Four courts can host all four matches in a round simultaneously, so a 15-minute game setting produces an estimated 105 minutes before transitions.
Fixed teams or rotating partners?
Use this round robin when partners stay together and the pair is ranked as one participant.

Rules and timing
- The time estimate excludes warmup, side changes, late starts and tie-break procedures.
- Odd participant counts create one bye per logical round.
